2、电话咨询：涉外事务1000元/小时（foreign affair 1000RMB/hour）,国内事务300元/小时。
3、面见咨询：
a.办公地点面谈咨询：收费600元/小时，超过一小时的部分每小时加收400元，如不足半小时按照半小时计收费。涉外事务最低1000元/小时。
b.约定地点上门面谈咨询：最低收费800元/小时，超过一小时后，不足半小时按半小时收费，超过半小时按一小时收费。涉外事务最低收费1500元/小时。
4、电子邮件咨询（E-mail：收到咨询的邮件后会立即提交报价，确认付款后两日内提供咨询回复，请确保你的邮件处于正常状态并及时查收邮件，如果有问题，应及时联系。
备注：
1、一旦接受正式委托，咨询费可折抵相应律师代理费用。
2、建议咨询前最好有咨询提纲，为了避免不必要的时间延长，应提前预约。

1、比例收费标准：5%左右（可协商）。
2、计时收费标准：2000——3000元/小时。
3、风险代理、按结果收费，可协商（10%-30%左右）。
4、计件收费标准：最低收费5000 元。
5、法律顾问、投资顾问、非诉事务、专项事务、外商投资、台商投资收费，协商确定。
6、出具法律意见书：每件500元—500000元。
7、律师函：每件1000元—5000元；起草英文版的加倍收取费用。
8、律师见证：每件2000元—50000元；起草英文版加倍收取。
9、起草合同、章程等法律文件：每件1000元—10000元；起草英文版的加倍收取费用。
10、审查修改合同、章程等法律文件：每件1000元—5000元。
11、法律事务论证---每件1000-10000元；
12、当地简单案件诉讼指导:每件500—2000元。
备注：
1、以上律师收费不包括市内交通费，不包括诉讼费、财产保全费、执行费等第三方费用和异地办案、调查的交通、食宿等费用。
2、以上收费均由律师事务所出具合法票据。
3、对于法律顾问客户，其律师费将按正常标准的80%收取。
